The Heroes and Heroines of Peace and Unity Initiative [HEPUI] NGO, a National Working Group Member on P/CVE in Nigeria is pleased to announce a Major Facilitators’ Course in Initial Peace Security Research Exercise for National Working Group Members to strengthen A WHOLE GOVERNMENT AND A WHOLE SOCIETY APPROACH on Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism. The course is offered through conventional workshop.

Overview
Lack of primary security data for emergency management teams to base their decision is more a critical challenge than the insecurity in the country. Now more than ever, security agencies seek more detective intelligence for their operatives assigned to ensure safety of lives and properties of her citizenry. Security organizations understand they are more likely to receive future challenges if their research operatives do not acquaint themselves to the Scientific Method of Peace Security. That’s why applicants and employees who have specialized skills on Initial Peace Security Research Exercise are in demand. This specialized knowledge helps to assess neighbours and neighbourhoods.

This course is designed specifically to strengthen National Working Group Members on Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism.

Course Organizers:
The Heroes and Heroines of Peace and Unity Initiative [HEPUI] NGO was inaugurated on 1st August in 2016 in Nigeria by the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) as a National Working Group Member on Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism in Nigeria. The organization was formed to inculcate Peace Security in the minds of youths

and adults alike. The organization also offers Online Certificates and In-House training. The organization has 2 years’ experience collaborating with government agencies and civil society organizations. We have trained over 585 Major Facilitators in various thematic areas.
Exercises:
After they have learned the material for each unit, participants are expected to test their own knowledge by completing some relevant exercises and tasks.
Certificate and Transcripts will be sent after successful completion of the course
